Presentation
- Anterior open bite.
- Asymmetry of bite.
- Minimal contact between upper and lower teeth.
- Previous failed treatment with fixed appliances. (bonded wire present)
Treatment
- Four teeth extracted.
- Fixed appliances to correct bite and restore symmetry.
