Presentation
- Anterior open bite.
- Crowding.
- Crossbite of back teeth.
- Narrow arch and showing little teeth on smiling.
- Not keen on jaw surgery.
Treatment

- Teeth straightened.
- Mini-implants to intrude back teeth and correct anterior open bite, without jaw surgery.
