Impacted Teeth
Presentation:
Both upper canines (UR3 UL3) were ectopic.
Both primary (baby) upper canines were retained.
Small peg-shaped upper lateral incisors (UR2 UL2).
Treatment:
Surgical exposure of UR3 UL3 and bonding of gold chains.
Extraction of retained baby teeth.
UR3 UL3 aligned using the gold chains attached to fixed appliances.
Small upper lateral incisors were built up by the dentist to improve aesthetics.
