Presentation
- Anterior open bite.
- Crowding.
- Narrow upper arch.
- Erupted upper wisdom teeth.
- Previous failed treatment with fixed appliances.
- Does not want jaw surgery.
Treatment
- Fixed appliances to straighten teeth and widen upper arch.
- 4 mini-implants used to intrude all upper molars, including wisdom teeth, and close anterior open bite.
