Multiple Problems

Presentation:

• Increased Overbite.
• Crowding.
• Upper midline shifted to left due to previous loss of one premolar upper left.
• Not keen on extraction of a tooth on the right.
• Wear of upper incisors, more severe on patient’s left.

Treatment:

• Fixed appliances to straighten teeth and correct overbite.
• Upper centreline moved to right with a mini-implant (Temporary Anchorage Device – TAD).
• Excellent result obtained without need for further extractions.
• To see own dentist to build up worn upper incisors.
