Non-surgical Openbite Correction
Presentation
- Very severe anterior open bite case.
- Very narrow upper arch and smile.
- Crossbite of back teeth on both sides.
- Not keen on jaw surgery to correct bite.
Treatment
- Quadhelix expanded used to widen upper arch.
- Fixed appliances to straighten teeth.
- Mini-implants to intrude back teeth and correct anterior open bite.
- Excellent result obtained without jaw surgery.
- Broad smile obtained.
