Surgical
Presentation:
Lower teeth ahead of upper.
Lower jaw long (mandibular prognathism).
Upper jaw short (maxillary hypoplasia).
Crowded upper arch.
Treatment:
Extraction of two upper premolars.
Fixed appliances to align teeth.
Surgery to move upper jaw moved forwards and Lower jaw moved back.
An excellent bite obtained.
Improvement in dental and facial profile aesthetics.
